Prices
Our charges are based on 24 hour onsite parking in our secure site. No payment is required for our online booking, full payment is required when you arrive on the day. This can be in the form of cash or bank transfer.

Parking
Your car will be parked in our secure site which is manned 24 hours a day. Vehicles and their contents are left on our site at the owner’s sole risk in all respects.
Fairfield Bristol Airport Parking Bed and Fly do not accept liability for any theft or loss of, or damage, howsoever caused, to vehicles, accessories or contents incurred on the premises of the site.

Arrival Time
Please supply your arrival time to us (not the flight departure time), allowing for 10 minutes so that you make the flight arrival time as stated on your Bristol Airport booking.

Departure
We require that you state your flight destination on the online booking system, we can then check for delays before you arrive at Bristol Airport. Once you arrive at Bristol Airport, collect your luggage and call us at this point. We will pick you up in the car pickup area. This should take around 10 minutes.

Delays
Under no circumstances do we accept liability to you if you miss your flight, even if the delay is due to traffic congestion within or near to the Airport. This is something which we cannot control.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please call us on 07546 787764 three working days before your booking is due to commence, to confirm the cancellation. if you paid by bank transfer your refund will be processed within three working days.

Payment
When placing a booking through our online booking system, you agree to and accept these terms & conditions and either pay in full by bank transfer or agree to make full cash payment on arrival.
